stringo Posted March 18, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 18, 2020 I phoned NCL (UK)last Saturday to cancel prepaid shore excursions and requested refund. They cancelled no problem and confirmed amount to be refunded. I can see the excursions removed from my acct itinerary but have not recieved any confirmation email and monies still not credited back to credit card. Had anyone had any problems with this? Linda1111 Posted April 7, 2020 #9 Share Posted April 7, 2020 I canceled my excursions on the 17th and received the credit to my card on the 31st (so exactly 10 business days).
