Rare roxievegas Posted March 19, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 19, 2020 After following a link from one of the subjects here - I went to Carnival website and filled out and took a picture with my phone and submitted for a 100% refund. This was done on Saturday March 14th. I had not heard anything from my big box travel agency, so I did it on my own. Monday, I received an email from travel agency saying do not call them (travel agency), but click on the link in the email to fill out a form. I did. no response Today I received an email from travel agency, telling me to fill out the form attached to file for the refund. I filled out the form (I had two cabins paid for) and sent it in. Four hours later I had a confirmation showing that my balance was a -1,593 for each cabin. I will be checking my credit card daily to see how long it takes to hit. Since I have filled out refund requests three times, I am hoping I get three refunds - just kidding - just hoping to get the one for each cabins and it comes through soon So if you booked through a travel agency, try their website and see if they have info/link/form for requesting your refund Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
