Carnival Fascination or Horizon

My wife and I are going on Our 20 anniversary trip. Originally we were going on the fascination with ocean view, out of San Juan, PR and going to st Thomas , st marten, st Kitts, st Lucia and Barbados. I was excited for those ports and we love San Juan. Never been to these ports. Now we are rescheduling for June. We can do the same thing or switch to the Horizon out of Miami to Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao. My wife and I have only gone on 1 cruise and liked the fun things to do on sea days. I realize we lose that on fascination but we love the ports. Thoughts?!

Check out the Conquest. I believe she does the same ports (minus Barbados?). Larger, slightly newer ship. Horizon sailing above so far has lost Bonaire.

i did lots of research prior to booking the Horizon.  Horizon is a much larger and new ship and since having teens going, thought it was the best choice .  I also didn't want to fly to PR in December .  I will get back to St Thomas, etc some day - so much to see in that part of the Caribbean.

I've been on the original cruise you have planned. I'd recommend sticking with that plan - every port is fantastic, I strongly recommend visiting Mt. Gay rum distillery in Barbados.
