Do I lose my FCC?

We had a booking that was cancelled in March.  We booked it using 2 future cruise credits that will be expiring this week.  Since we obviously can't cruise now, do this mean I lose me FCC's? I called my PCC, and he couldn't give me an answer.

I think under the circumstances they will extend them. We had a cruise to Australia planned in January 2018. In December 2017, I was diagnosed with stage 3 BC. I needed to undergo Chemo, surgery...you know...the works.  My husband called, explained and they changed the date of our FCC out 3 years.  Just call and ask, They cancelled, you did not. BTW: I am in remission now 12 months and counting. Just booked Iceland and France for next year.
