In addition, we have also made the decision to cancel all 2020 Alaska cruises on the following ships: Maasdam, Volendam, Oosterdam, Noordamand Westerdam.  All 2020 Land+Sea Journeys are also cancelled.

On the positive side, if cruises to/from Alaska do occur this year, for HAL they'll likely be on the Koningsdam and the Eurodam which will reduce the pressure on the ports and perhaps provide a better total cruise experience unless you were looking for a land & sea journey.

One ship--Koningsdam--will sail from Vanvouver and the other--the Eurodam--will sail from Seattle.  That is the way I will see it.

Yup, that's what I foresee happening.  NCL has dropped the Sun and who knows which (if any) other ships will sail to/from Alaska.

I think it’s only a matter of time before K’dam and Eurodam are cancelled as well.

Agreed. No point of operating for just 2 months if majority of seasonal workers are gone for the season.
