So my cruise was cancelled on April 10th. I was told 7 days for the FCC to show up. My friend had hers' in 7 days and I'm still waiting.

How long has it taken for those who chose the FCC?

If your cruise was cancelled back on April 10th, you should have had FCC showing in your account about two weeks ago (by April 17)!

FCC is automatically generated into each account.

If you want a refund, you MUST REQUEST it!

You probably should have called NCL (or your TA) directly, before now, to get information that is specific to YOU!

My agent and I are calling every day. We are being told that they are working on the FCC s. I spoke to a supervisor last night and she expedited my case. However that is not the first time that I was told that.

Were you booked through Casinos at Sea or some other casino program?  I'm fairly certain (from reading posts on CC) that in earlier rounds of cancellation, CAS FCCs were delayed significantly more than "regular" bookings.  Could that possibly be the issue?  Otherwise, I agree - it seems that your FCC should already be there!

Mine is delayed too- I cancelled it using Peace of Mind 3 weeks ago, and still no FCCs.  My TA has called repeatedly. She keeps getting told they are working on it... should be only a few more days, etc.

I believe they are trying to placate us. I did speak to a supervisor last night and she agreed that it was too long.  I told her I booked a cruise for next may and would like my $1500 deposit credited back. I booked because there was only 1 forward owner's suite left and we didn't want to miss it

It took about a week for ours to post. We were cancelled for a cruise last week.

Our cruise was cancelled Friday, April 24, and they told my husband when he called Saturday that it should appear on Friday, May 1.  We'd like to book a cruise in February, but I hope it doesn't take a long time.  We're getting antsy to book this one, because it's very nice!  (New Zealand from Auckland to Sydney)
