Booking Concierge Balcony Guarantee

 Are concierge balcony cabins all in the same area, or are they spread throughout the ship? For example if you book Concierge class they have you on either Panorama, Resort, or Sky (on Solstice) , so if you are then a guaranteed room, will you be on those levels or could it be any balcony room wherever on the ship, but that you just have access to concierge services?

you book a concierge guarantee you will get a C3 or C2 or C1,

you book a veranda guarantee you will get a veranda CAT 2 or 1

if you don't like the location of the assigned cabin you can change it for other in the same category

So then all of the concierge guarantee rooms have a balcony that is not obstructed yes?
