Nidwaldner Posted May 13, 2004 #3 Share Posted May 13, 2004 The only way to see Rome is to walk it. Here is Frommer's list of great walking tour companies to consider. http://www.frommers.com/destinations/rome/0064010019.html. I've done Enjoy Rome's ancient Rome and found it informative and a fairly comprehensive overview of the historical center. stingraynz Posted May 13, 2004 #5 Share Posted May 13, 2004 We used www.driverinrome.com for both Florence and Rome and they were fantastic worry free fun filled days. Both cities offer so much to see it's almost overwhelming. You will not be disappointed using these tour guides. We had Daniele, Remo and Aldo and all of them were fabulous.
