Casino Phone Line Trouble

We've been trying to contact the casino for a couple days now. We get through the automated process and are put on hold. But when the phone rings (as if someone had picked up) there's no answer. This has happened on both my phone and my girlfriend's phone. 

So far we've tried these numbers:

18662133116

18665197225

 

We're getting the same problem on all numbers. Any ideas what's going on? Is this happening for everyone? Are there any other numbers or ways to contact the casino we can try?

Have you tried https://www.clubroyaleoffers.com/ to redeem your offer?  That is one way to contact them

I had that happen several times yesterday morning. I called back around 3 PM and was finally able to get connected and talk  to an agent. I called again today around 10 AM and was surprised when I got through right away to an agent.

Sorry to hear you had the same trouble, but relieved it's not a problem with our phones or connection!

All reps now work from home so it’s on their end.  It’s usually the offshore reps with the problems.  So many times I’ve called and it seems like someone answers but no one is there.  When I reach a rep in Oregon, there’s usually no issue.

 

I fine it’s easier to reach Oregon when I call in the late afternoon.
