But when the phone rings (as if someone had picked up) there's no answer. This has happened on both my phone and my girlfriend's phone. So far we've tried these numbers: 18885612234 18662133116 18665197225 We're getting the same problem on all numbers. Any ideas what's going on? Is this happening for everyone? I called back around 3 PM and was finally able to get connected and talk to an agent. I called again today around 10 AM and was surprised when I got through right away to an agent. sellwingri Posted May 28, 2020 #5 Share Posted May 28, 2020 (edited) All reps now work from home so it’s on their end. It’s usually the offshore reps with the problems. So many times I’ve called and it seems like someone answers but no one is there. When I reach a rep in Oregon, there’s usually no issue.
