Cruise refund not received

As P&O have notified me that my refund was going to be made 5 days ago I go through my usual daily ritual of checking my credit card account knowing full well that the refund won't be there. My sail date was 23 March.

This might be happening with other cruise lines but P&O have lost a customer.

Hi. March cancellations are a nightmare with the longest refund wait times. P.O have been appalling with their mishandling of the situation.
