bnbeyer Posted July 8, 2020 #1 Share Posted July 8, 2020 I've had two cruises canceled that I had paid a certain amount of deposits and payments that I believe are supposed to be future cruise credit. (I'm not including the on-board credit that they'd offered for rebooking.) I'd like to book one of the offers I've gotten using that future cruise credit, but I can't figure out how. The website wants me to pay another deposit. Anybody know how?
40yearcruiser Posted July 9, 2020 #2 Share Posted July 9, 2020 If you don't use a TA to book then call Carnival. When I rebooked a canceled cruise today I had to pay a new deposit for the reservation then after it was reserved the agent was able to apply the future cruise credit to the booking and also add the onboard credit bonus. I wasn't happy about having to pay another deposit, but the PVP said that was the only way she could book it.
