FCC QUESTION

We have a $900 FCC to be used by December 2021.  We would like to use the FCC as a deposit on a future cruise.  The cruise I am looking at only has a $450 deposit.  If I apply the FCC to the deposit ($450) can the unused portion of the FCC be applied to the price of the cruise?
