Book future cruise

I want to book a future cruise but have not got refund for cruise cancelled back in mid March!  I have a great offer I want to use but expires at the end of August....UGH  I CAN'T book until I get the refund and FCC processed....Such a MESS

Totally agree, and there are likely lots of people like you feeling the same.  I bit the bullet and booked the cruise I want without the benefits of the cancelled cruise, just feeling like that will have to be applied to the next year's (2022) cruise when it finally comes.

I never officially received the refund & obc.  It was in my account.  Call them......

(Unless you're waiting for a cash refund....then you just have to wait)

Did you opt for refund or FCC?  I thought if you opted fir FCC then the credit can be applied to new booking?  If you opted fir refund and haven’t received the refund yet and are wishing to book another cruise, can you call and switch from refund to FCC and then transfer to new booking?  Then you would also get the onboard credit.

Yes I do believe you are correct, now that I think about it.  I understand that I will have a FCC but that I would be receiving a refund for the taxes and also for the prepaid gratuities.  Only the BASE cruise amount would be FCC...AS that is what we selected....Am I correct?

This option also came with a $600.00 on board credit.  I have a question.  The cruise I am looking at is through an offer I received.  This offer comes with a $500.00 on board credit.  Would I be entitled to both OBC'S
