MULTIPLE FCCs?

Greetings,

 

Can more than one FCC be applied to a replacement booking?  Had 2 sailings cancelled and looking to replace with 1 longer (more expensive) sailing.

I was told that you're not allowed to use 2 FCC's on a single cruise when I tried to do it.
