FCC Usage

I have received 2 future cruise credits for canceled cruises.  Life circumstances change, and I

know that I will not be able to book a future cruise within the specified date or  possibly cruise in the near future due to health issues with my husband. Am i out of luck for a refund since these have been issued.

I must have deleted my original cancellation email.  As I recall I was given a date to make a decision whether I wanted the FCC or a cash refund.   If you booked through HAL call them if you booked through an agent call the agent.  I am sorry you won’t be able to cruise.
