Majestic Princess - Nightclub?

To be honest, is the Princess cruising crowd really a night club crowd?  I've been on the ships that had Skywalkers, both the shopping cart handle and the behind the funnel wings, and often went to check out the night life up there in the evenings, and frankly, it wasn't exactly a packed house.  Maybe I was on the wrong cruises to see the real Princess night club crowd, but this lack of a designated night club space might be a calculated move by Princess.
