I read in several places that they closed before the hurricane. Checking around some more, i found another rumor that said "Nachi Cocom was closed by the authorities for alleged environmental damage before the hurricane and it remains closed now" Not saying it won't open again, but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. Sorry.
