I have cancelled on 29th May, and they still haven't refunded me. And then i'm reading people have been refunded one or two weeks after cancellation???

No need!  Carnival has it under control and will process the payment in what they see as a timely manner.

No need to worry, @Ethanol95. I’m told above that Carnival has it under control and will process the payment in what they see as a timely manner.

Woo hoo! Received full refund today for request made on Apr 1... Total time to receive credit card and gift card refund was 215 days.

Now I have money to put down on the next cruise that will be cancelled and the waiting game will start again. 🙂

I was thinking maybe my waiting time was too long, but now i can mentally expect another one month delay before my refund is paid. Thanks for the insight!

Now you’re getting into Princess numbers... except that’s for all transactions and not just gift cards and various!

I changed banks recently and used the debit card from the old bank for my deposit. I know Carnival gives refunds back to the original form of payment. But what if that debit card and account is closed when I request the refund? Will Carnival be able to send me a check instead?
