Flight Ease w/Delta credits?

I've got Delta travel credits burning a hole in my pocket......

 

Can I use them to pay for a Delta flight bought thru Flight Ease?

I was told no by both Delta and Flight Ease

With other vendors, I have booked the cheapest available flight on Delta, and used my Delta credits to upgrade my ticket.  You might want to check with Delta to see if they allow this practice when dealing with 
Flight Ease.

that's worth a shot.....buy the basic fare on Flight Ease  and possibly use the e credits to upgrade.....I'll attempt it and thanks!
