Most ships embark and disembark from the port side.

For you landlubbers, that would be the left side

if you were facing the front of the ship.

 

UCSD, is it so hard just to give a simple answer, explain please.

OK, I was still reeved up from our wonderful cruise that I had a hard time getting to sleep last night & spent time thinking about your question. The answer is that we did most, if not all (can't remember every port), of our boarding, disembarking, embarking on the starboard side. Still curious as to why you wanted to know.

We are booked on the Starboard side with a balcony, just wanted to see which side of the ship people get on and off from.

I'm on the starboard side. Its fun to watch the people comming back from Carlos and Pepes running to catch the ship. They are so trashed that its funny. :eek: :eek:
