Three forms of payment

Scheduled for March 6 out of Miami on Carnival Horizon. Third reschedule and I am sure this one will cancel soon. I paid for this cruise via Carnival MasterCard, American Express gift cards and Carnival gift cards. If we do not reschedule this time, will Carnival reimburse to all three forms of original payment? Or all to one or the other?
