What to do in Willemstad, Curacao

My family of 4 (two teenagers) will be on the Adventure of the Seas in Feb 07. What are good things to do in Willemstad, Curacao

We just visited Curacao with two teenage daughters. In the morning we took the Beach Express bus (ship excursion) to Blue Bay beach. It was pricey but worth every penny. Our guide was very informative and the beach was absolutely beautiful (and fairly deserted in the morning). Plenty of lounge chairs available. High quality snorkel gear was included, and the snorkeling was good. Food and drinks are available right at the beach.

 

After lunch and a shower on the ship, we took the ferry over to the Punda area of Willemstad, which is a charming shopping area, and window-shopped. It is just as beautiful as it looks in photos.

 

Curacao was one of my favorite ports. I'd love to go back for a longer visit. Hope you have a good time there too!
