we are going through the canal on the sun princess and could use some advice.

Does anyone know how difficult it is to get from the ships to the tenders at Puerto Amador as my mother has difficulty with her legs.

Also does anyone know if we will be able to get taxis into Panama City or would we be better getting an official tour:)
