Premium Plus Beverage package questions

A couple of questions on the premium plus package.  If we get a bottle of wine at dinner and don’t finish it, can we take it back to the room?  I know we can have it tagged for another dinner.  Could we order a bottle at a bar - like the Haven lounge- and take it back to the room?  

 

I’m assuming that if we order one of the included bottles at dinner that we wouldn’t be able to share the bottle with others at the table who don’t have premium plus.  But if we purchased a bottle with the 40% discount...we’d be able to share that, correct?  
 

For bottled water, Vitamin Water, etc - does the 2 drink limit per transaction apply?  We drink a LOT of water.

Remember, if one person upgrades, everyone on the reservation has to upgrade.  Yes, you can take the unfinished portion to your room.  If Haven, the restaurant will have your butler come get it for you.  No, you can only get bottles at dinner and lunch, not from bars. 2 drink max still applies.  We upgrade every trip since this came out, and feel it is 100% worth it.

The real problem with it comes as an upgrade on your booking, however you can’t use your OBC until you are on the ship, so do you risk more cash outlay with all these cancellations.
