Drink package on European cruises

I’ve been looking at some cruises out of Southampton for the summer 2022.  I read somewhere that carnival doesn’t offer the cheers package on European cruises.  Is this correct?

Not sure about that but i do know on my TA on the Celebration leaving Southampton it says that extras such as Cheers have to be purchased on board as they are not available for purchase in advance on the US website.

I was on the Horizon 2018 Europe cruise and you were allowed to bring back onboard to your cabin wine and liquor from the ports you visited. At the end of the cruise i bought back 15 bottles total from every port, no need for cheers.
