These carnival folks must have missed your memo that only rcl cared.

There are of course going to be a smattering of people on the Carnival  boards that will not be cruising because of the possible changes that will go into effect including mask wearing.  But, on the other hand the smattering on the Carnival boards gets engulfed by a tide wave of opposition over on the RCI boards when it comes to having to wear masks.
