Guarantee OV on Celebration?

Is there really that big of an advantage to booking an oceanview guarantee on a boat like the Celebration? My impression is that the "thrill" of the game of guarantee is better on one of the newer and/or bigger ships that have a lot of options for room types, but not so sure about the Celebration ship.

 

I am leaning towards just booking a mid ship room on the riviera deck but that temptation of doing gaurantee and possibly getting upgraded to a higher deck, but with my luck - having a room that's right next to the elevator where it's kind of noisy...
