question about yoga

Hi all,

I'm booked on the Seaview for a transatlantic cruise in March 22.

I would like to practise some yoga on my own. I think my cabin won't be spacious enough.

Can I do this at the gym? I know there are some classes to follow, but I have had a serious injury and the tempo would be to high for me.

Are there yoga props that I can use or do I have to bring my own?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I've seen people doing yoga in the gym on the Merviglia. That gym had a dedicated area with mats where people would do certain floor exercises.
