I'm a new user and none of my posts are visible

I m a new user and non of my posts are visible since days due to pending for moderator approval. How long does it take normally?  Also the roll call I m interested looks empty. Am I doing something wrong it is normal for new users?. BTW this wont be a visible post neither I guess :)

As for your Roll Call, some Roll Calls are just more active than others.
