Anyone having issues with NCL chat?

I haven't had any problems with NCL's chat, however, it's very similar to many other company's chat apps.  They seem to be very narrow as far as what they can do to assist you.  

 

IMO, it's best to call NCL or a Travel Agent if you need assistance.

Yes it gave me those two options as well, and when I choose existing reservation, it then asks for my phone number. If I input it without dashes, it says it it doesn't understand me. Then it asks for my reservation number. Seems like it'd be easier to just ask for the reservation number to begin with. I'm going to try again. I have a toddler so it's hard to get on the phone and stay on hold for any length of time. Chat usually is easier for me, when it works.
