Grandiosa in July without vaccination

Hi!

We have booked a lovely 9-night cruise from Civitavecchia on Grandiosa in July. We are in our 40’s and it seems like we wont be fully vaccinated before the cruise because it takes time here in Nothern Europe to get the second one. We have antibodies after having covid-19 so we are not worried about getting sick. 
 

How do you think Grandiosa will handle the situation? We are planning on going to Italy before the cruise. Is it easy to take a test before the cruise if you need to do it in Rome?

The problem will be getting into Italy without being fully vaccinated,  plan on a PCR test to get into the country and possibly another one to get on the ship.  Things are changing so rapidly it's really hard to predict what will be in effect in July.

You need an antigen test or PCR test to get in the country, but there is no border patrol if you go there by car...in Italy you can get tested at the pharmacy ( 40€) or free at the big train stations.
