chettysgirl Posted February 14, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2006 Going to Nassau, Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay and April 1. Never been and don't know what to expect. I have a 11 and 14 year old son coming and just want them to have a blast. What should we expect and what excursions are the absolute best? ANY help would be appreciated!!! cheshyrkat Posted February 14, 2006 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2006 Have you checked out the Ports of Call boards? They usually have loads of information about the various excursions at the different ports that ships go to... cruzeluver Posted February 14, 2006 #3 Share Posted February 14, 2006 Nassau is the only one of those ports I can speak to. By all means, check out Atlantis. If you wan to see the "Dig" and aquarium, after 5:00 pm you can walk through it at no charge. Day passes for the waterslides and pool are available, not sure of the cost. Snorkeling in Nassau is very good if that is your thing. Check out the ports message board here for other information. Probably not going to find a whole lot abour Grand Turk, as its a very new port, but they do have their own web site. Hope this helps, happy cruising!! cheshyrkat Posted February 14, 2006 #5 Share Posted February 14, 2006 Thank you for that link - that helped much! You're quite welcome! I know it's hard to find all the information you need at once because the site is so big, but I always have gotten good information from the Ports of Call boards.
