Mickey and Minnie Ears?

Hi all, long-time Disneyland passholder here (RIP), and I just booked my first Disney cruise. Do passengers wear Mickey and Minnie ears on board like we do at the parks?

Yes, you will see mickey ears on board.  They will be a regular sight, at least at first.  But I'd guess the number of people wearing ears to be ~15%.  Maybe more.  Maybe less.

We’ve always seen some people wearing them both children and adults.

They aren't as common as in the parks, but in every room, there will be a few people wearing them. I think why you don't see as many on board is due to not having as many options available on the ship to buy them. But on embarkation day, you will see a lot of them, especially the various Disney Cruise Line themed ears sold throughout the years.

It's nothing like in the parks, but you will see ears on some folks pretty much any time you look around (adult restaurants being the exception).  I take my ears and wear them once in a while, definitely not most of the time.
