Grandeur of the Seas question

I'm going on Grandeur of the Seas on February 25 (YEAH!!). Does anyone know what night is Formal Night? Also, we have the seating at dinner, do you think we will miss much by eating so late or do they plan things pretty good so no one misses anything no matter what time your seating is? Thanks so much.

Formal night is 2nd night and you won't miss a thing with late seating! If you want to see the shows, they are after you eat, the adult shows are late, so you won't miss a thing. Enjoy!!!!
