masim17 Posted May 28, 2021 #1 Share Posted May 28, 2021 I have been trying to get my granddaughters FCC applied to a booking I made in April. There were 5 of us on the booking and all the others have been applied but they have numerous reasons hers can't be applied. I have called numerous times and have been told to wait 10 days, then 10 days, then 2 weeks for it to be applied. I received an email from a "resolution specialist" stating here is your FCC for your use. Still can't get it applied, they now say it has been used already. Does anyone have a number or email address of anyone I can contact to get this resolved, and also to express my displeasure of royals handling of this. I an still hold, going on 4 hours just today. Ashland Posted May 28, 2021 #2 Share Posted May 28, 2021 We had to end up writing a letter to have another family member's (under age 12) FCC transferred.
