You will collaborate with senior leadership to shape the analytics agenda, organize resources and deliver a plan to reach the department’s most strategic priorities. You will be responsible for developing analytical tools, leading a small team of analytical professionals and delivering high impact insights that drive clarity, action and performance. Coach and mentor other analytical professionals, while promoting an insight driven culture. Brings the company’s (e.g. Marketing, Revenue, Operations, IT, etc) data together in new ways to drive efficiency, learning and answers to critical business questions. Performs in depth analyses that require creative problem solving (on really challenging problems), rigorous number crunching across disperse data sets and pitching solutions to executive audiences. Brings people together to discover insights, and new ways to use the company’s data. Passionate about analytics, discovering insights and telling stories that raise the bar on performance. Establishes a governing framework that is focused on analytical process improvement, target-setting and standardizing best practices. Job Requirements: Project Management: You bring an agile yet structured approach to collaborate with people and know how to get things done. Problem Solving: You can simplify complex problems with ease, develop options and recommend solutions to audiences with conflicting interests. Experience in supply chain, operations management, and/or information systems highly preferred Four-year Bachelor’s or equivalent required; MBA highly preferred Minimum of 10+ years of analytics experience or equivalent combination of education and experience List the minimum level of education and experience required to perform the work at the entry level of the job. Analytical Power: You are at your best when a task requires critical thinking and solutions that have never been thought of before. High Impact Presentations: You deliver clear messages that engage people with new ways of thinking and deliver visually impactful content in PowerPoint. It's basically a senior level analyst job overseeing analysts and projects that create reports and tools to manage data across the company. Think finance/operations/developer type roles all in one.
