Coco Cay - Paved walking to pool?

Hi. On Coco Cay is the path from the pier to the Oasis Lagoon paved the whole way? I cannot walk on sand. 
 

I have posted this question on other boards not knowing the best place for it. Please forgive the duplication.

Yes. My father-in-law rides a scooter and he was able to go from ship to lagoon.  

There are many trams running around as well.  You can ride one of these as well.

Yes, we were there two weeks ago, and there is paved paths to the pool, and around most of the island.  If you want to go to the water or to the straw market areas, there are beach wheel chairs everywhere.
