Does cruisecritic Role Call by ship have gay chat forum option? If not are there any other sites provide that kind of forum?

The first entry in this forum is the roll call topic. It is not a real time live chat forum, but you can find your cruise, or start a thread if there isn't one, and make comment. There is a facility to sort the comments by name, and that might help locating your voyage.
