Any thought on why the land based cruisetour excursions for the Spring 2022 Alaska sailings are not available while the ship based excursions are?

There are major labor shortages throughout Alaska this year, especially in the inland areas where the tours go to.  I expect that they will wait and see how fast Canada reopens in order to plan the scope of the cruise tours for next year, and what will be available for excursions in conjunction with the land tours.

Even though Princess is running some land tours this year, the large lodges are mostly closed.  Was just in Denali a week ago, a bit sad to see both the Princess and HAL lodges empty, though they were apparently using the much smaller Chalet facility.

Though many of the excursion companies around Denali were running fully booked.
