Pre-booking Specialty Dining

I purchased two specialty dining credits (2 people for 2 dinners) however, for some reason, I was not given the option of booking times.  I see now that it does come up when purchasing.  Who can I call or what can I do to go ahead and make the reservations before boarding?  TIA.

Maybe just cancel (and get refund on) the dining credits you already bought and re-purchase knowing which booking time you picked?

 

Or call Carnival's general help line if you don't see anything on the website specific to dining.

If you cruise is a long way off yet, I would look at cancelling it (which will be refunded) and just rebooking with the assigned time you want.

 

If you wait when you get on board the prime time you want may not be available.
