Walk in Snorkeling

Hello,

I am looking for any excursions that offer walk in snorkeling from a shoreline, with equipment.  I am traveling with my elderly (but active) parents this November.  Last time we tried snorkeling, we did a private sailboat.  I loved it, but my parents struggled and complained about it being ‘too hard to get out of the water’ and ‘the ladder hurts my feet’.  My mom wouldn’t even try.

I am hoping there is an option that would bus or sail us to a spot where we can walk in to snorkel.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Hoping to find something we can all enjoy.

@Lilycat2010  I do NOT have any personal experience with this group!

However, if you have not already checked their website:  https://www.h2ovisionsbonaire.com/

you might want to do so.

I found this when I clicked on their "ABOUT US" link:

"We can accommodate physically challenged individuals for all types of tours. Please inquire about possibilities."

Lots of information for tours on the site.

We did a night snorkel with https://www.h2ovisionsbonaire.com/ in January 2020, just before the pandemic.  Brenda was great to work with and did take our experience and the weather conditions into consideration when choosing the location for our snorkel.  If you choose to DIY, you can snorkel from the beach at Chachacha beach which is within walking distance of the dock.  You can also snorkel easily at Eden Beach, and I believe there is rental gear if you need it here.  This site will give you a list o the beaches and other info you may need.
