Any opinions on CVO?

I've got a cruise currently booked with them. I didn't care for their "free" insurance policy so they offered me a $100 cabin credit instead. They were a little slow (took a couple of weeks) in processing my coupon and RC C&A balcony discount but nothing major. If my TA isn't available, there is someone else to cover for him. Unless they have changed, they don't have a cancellation fee. Unless something happens between now and Oct. when my cruise leaves, I'd book with them again.
