runner2013 Posted July 11, 2021 #1 Share Posted July 11, 2021 Hi all, My fiance' and I have a trip scheduled for Jan 2022, I've been poking around in the app and filling in what I can to get everything ready. Seems pretty straightforward so far, but I've run into a snag trying to input the Emergency Contact info for us. For some reason, even with all the info put in correctly, the gray box never changes to blue for me to save and continue? If it makes a difference, I do have the Emergency Airport info listed but not the flights since we haven't booked them yet. Anyone else run into this, or have an idea of what I can try? mjceditor Posted July 11, 2021 #2 Share Posted July 11, 2021 Doing this worked for me, From the OceanReady Page scroll up to My Account. Tap on My Account, then Personal Information. At the bottom of the Personal Information page you will see Emergency Contact. Tap on Emergency Contact, You can now fill in your info. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
