Carnival's passenger change policy...

I've just logged into Carnival website, went to change passenger's name & info, clicked "Save".  Went back & rechecked, it updated to new passenger's name.

It can't be that easy, is it...?

 

Wow, sounds like you were able to get it done. I agree it's probably because you are before the final payment date, so generally they allow more flexibility. Congrats, and enjoy your cruise!

I don't have any constructive advice for you, but I just wanted to let you know that I understand your frustration.  I would take the approach that had the cruise happened on any one of the 3 previously reserved dates, Mother would have certainly taken the cruise.  Now, however, she is unable to do so, and because SHE didn't postpone the cruise until she was no longer able to go, would they please show some understanding in the need to change to a different passenger.
