Covid testing entering London

Flying fron Athens to London. Which test do I need, how long does it take for test to be processed.  Cruising into Athens, flying into London.

Well, it’s only possible to say what the current situation is, but that can change without notice.
 

Greece is on the UK’s amber list, so assuming you will not have been in a red list country in the ten days before travelling to London and that you have not been vaccinated under the UK’s system, you will need:

 

- a rapid antigen (lateral flow) test taken no more than three days before leaving Greece

- a ten day quarantine package (designated quarantine hotels only if you do not have a home in U.K.) with PCR tests on Day 2 and Day 8

Thanks Eagle. Not Sailing until November 21. Hoping situation has improved by then. If not, I plan to switch post-cruise days to another country. I've been trying to get to England for a year and a half. Sure hope this time pans out.
