Recent FCC

How long have recent FCCs certificates taken to receive?  We cancelled 2 cruises in mid-May.  One we elected to get a refund, the other FCC.  We received the refund within a few weeks, but are still awaiting the FCC certificate.  Just wondering if I should be worried.

Our 23 April 2020 cruise from Southampton was cancelled a few weeks before departure. Several months ago we booked, through our UK based TA, another cruise and I believe the price included an allowance for our FCC.

Today we have received an email direct from Celebrity saying that they have now told our TA about our FCC and we should contact them to redeem the FCC.

I think we will soon have to have another conversation with the TA.
