Bimini questions

I have been to Bahamas before but never Bimini. Port call there on Horizon the first of August.  Saw some mentions that things were closed and not much to do.  I would love to hear from anyone who has been since cruising resumed.  What is there, what is open and any recommendations.  We are not into beaches so prefer none beach stuff (plenty of beach at home)

thanks

I wish there were more options on the excursions on my 08/30 magic sailing. I wonder if you can snorkel from the beach anywhere on the island? I have seen no snorkeling excursions put on the site and it's only a month away so they probably won't be adding anymore.

We are doing the 360 Beach excursion through Carnival.  I'm curious if others have more info about Bimini.  Thanks for posting!

Hi ninjacat123.  What is the cost of this excursion thru Carnival?  They announced a lot of itinerary changes yesterday for various September cruises.  Still can’t add excursions they app.

The cost is $64.99 per couple (you buy one ticket for your stateroom) and that gets you two chairs, an umbrella and a welcome drink per person (like a bahama mama or something non-alcoholic). There is an all day tram you can use to get to the 360 beach, according to the info on my Cruise Manager.

Bimini is small

Enjoy it.

Try some local conch fritters. Make sure to try to sauce too.

If someone rents golf carts, that'd be the best way around. I got one when I stayed at the Resorts World Hilton there.

Casino is in there and some nice restaurants.

I saw the casino is small and does not open until 6pm.
