The balcony is a tad bit wider than the other similar staterooms on deck 17. The downside is that some noise from the outside (sundeck) might seep through the wall.

I would imagine 17726 on Encore is very similar to 17726 on Bliss -there is a fairly long thread on CC about this cabin. My input would be it's the first CYPH I would book if available. There is absolutely no noise leakage from the main sundeck at all while you are in the cabin. Of course if you are on the balcony there will be noise from the main sundeck. Search out that Bliss thread if you want more detail.
