Jazzbo Posted August 9, 2021 #28 Share Posted August 9, 2021 I agree that Florida will likely appeal the injunction, but keep in mind that the court has to determine, among other things, that the party requesting the preliminary injunction has a high likelihood of prevailing on the merits.
