When I appplied (by post) for my shareholder onboard credit (the one I am talking about this time is for my wife) in March 2021 it was credited to both my upcoming cruises Britannia 25/09 and Ventura 15/03/22 within three weeks so something seems to have gone seriously wrong in the meantime.
